EXCEPTIONAL PARCEL RELEASE

Nose: Hints of wintergreen, dark cherry, black currants, dark plum, cassis, blueberries, mocha, cedar, cigar box and subtle choc mint.

Palate:The wine is rich, generous and multi-layered with understated elegance. Classic blackcurrant, dark cherry and varietal mint characters intertwine perfectly with the hallmark long, fine tannins on the palate. The finish is perfectly poised and boldly declares the stature of the wine; full of the potential for greatness.

Colour: A dark garnet red with a vibrant vermilion hue.

Vintage Condition: The growing season in the lead up to vintage 2014 saw average autumn and winter rainfalls and temperatures. During the first week of December there was a cool change and some good rainfall whilst the remainder of the month and the first half of January were dry and warm. Harvest commenced early due to hot conditions through most of January and February. A big downpour of rain mid-February bought the hot conditions to an end and for the remainder of the month, conditions were mild with cooler than average temperatures. The mild conditions continued through March, allowing ideal tannin and flavour development to occur in the red varieties.

Cellaring Notes: Immediately approachable but will cellar well in ideal conditions for up to 20 years from vintage date.

What do you need from me to get started?

We will need you to confirm that you are over 18 (for obvious reasons!) and to open an account by registering on the site. This will include provision of credit card details for any eventual purchases. You will also need to sign that you have read the terms and conditions.
How many wines are in each Lot?

You will see the quantity (number of bottles) stated above the price. Please note that the bid-price is per bottle so you will need to multiply the price by the number of bottles in the lot to calculate the total price of the lot.
Can I cancel my bid if I change my mind?

All bids are final - please think before you confirm your bid.
How much is the Buyers' Commission?

We have an extremely competitive buyers' commission of 16.5% (GST inclusive). This will be added to the final winning price of your Lot at the end of the auction.
