Tonic Wines is Glenn Barry – a small batch winemaker crafting high quality wines from curated sites in the Barossa, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale and beyond. On a quest for truth in flavour, Glenn leans on the grapes themselves for guidance from vintage to vintage – a process he likes to call ‘benign neglect’. Predominantly organic and with a sensitive but pragmatic approach in winemaking style, these regionally expressive wines include a Chardonnay, Grenache, Mataro, Malbec and Shiraz, with an accompanying limited release Reserve run.
