Pauillac

The terroir

Its exceptional shape characterizes the Pauillac terroir: the high number and the rolling hills of its hills make it a completely unique morphological success. Very favorable conditions there have facilitated the dissection of the gravel layer. These lean Garonne gravels, whose poverty is the very essence of great wealth for a vineyard, benefit from extremely efficient natural drainage.

With their slightly amber velvet color, the wines of the Pauillac appellation are rich in tannins, full-bodied, and sappy. Powerful in their youth, their aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry) or flowers (violet, rose, iris) blend with age and offer a beautiful length on the palate. Rich and complex, Pauillac wines deserve to be "waited" for a little longer.
