Riva Dei Frati

Riva Dei Frati

The Adami family tends their vineyards in the sub-regions of Col San Martino, Cornuda, Guia and DOC Treviso where they specialise in the production of Prosecco, Italy's most famous sparkling wine. The name Riva Dei Frati comes from an abbey, situated on the steep slopes of the region and the wine estate is a synergy between the traditional wine making practices of the region and modern technology. Produced from the grape Glera, previously known as Prosecco, the clean, energetic flavours of apple, pear, stone and grilled nuts provides beautiful drinking both at the dinner table as as an aperitif.
