Established in 1979, Paxton is a family-owned vineyard and wine company, recognised as a leader in sustainable, organic, and biodynamic viticulture and winemaking. Paxton has been certified organic and biodynamic since 2011 and their vineyards also hold SWA Sustainable Winegrowing Australia Certification. All wines are crafted exclusively from these estate vineyards in McLaren Vale, cultivated with a focus on minimal intervention and environmental stewardship. The Paxton ethos extends to the use of light and lighter weight bottles, paper labels made from 100% recycled non-cellulose fibre, and minimal use of preservatives.
