Freycinet Vineyard, established in 1978 by Geoff and Susan Bull, was the first commercial vineyard and winery on Tasmania’s East Coast. Today second and third-generation family members continue the tradition of handcrafting premium wines from this unique site, shaped by a cool maritime climate, fertile dolerite derived soils and a long, slow growing season (15-16 degrees C GST). Meticulous vineyard care and precise winemaking produce elegant, powerful wines with vibrant flavours, bright natural acidity, and excellent longevity. In the spirit of true Vignerons all wines are 100% grown, fermented, matured and bottled on the estate with uncompromising dedication and passion since 1978. The wines are a delicious liquid expression of our unique place on earth.
