Eloquesta Wines are hand crafted small batch wines made by Stuart Olsen in Mudgee. Stuart applies antique methods to make his wines. Gentle all the way, from foot treading, gentle basket pressing, slow soaking, continual hand plunging and slow ferments, that all result in a marriage of flavours that make the Eloquesta wines so unique.

Employing these traditional, hands-on methods to achieve this more natural, softer, riper, fruit driven style of wine that lets the fruit and perfumes lead the way during and after fermentation.

The Shiraz Petit Verdot is Stuart’s flagship, consistently getting praise from writers and critics around Australia as well showing the suppleness of what Mudgee fruit is capable of.
