Castillo de Monséran is the product of a collective effort, supported by 500 growers who sustainably cultivate 3,600 hectares of vineyards. A dedicated team of viticultural and winemaking experts monitors the vines through every stage of growth, from pruning to harvest. This hands-on approach ensures grapes are picked at their optimum ripeness and allocated to their ideal use, delivering exceptional quality in every wine. This project is a collaboration with Bodegas San Valero, a renowned winemaking co-operative established in 1945 by 60 growers. Combining the expertise of Hugh Ryman and Jesús Prieto, Castillo de Monséran sources its Grenache from ancient bush-vine vineyards in Cariñena, located at altitud
