This Prosecco pours with a good white frothy mousse showing good hold. Very pale straw base wine color with exceptionally fine bead showing good persistence. Aromas of citrus are followed by some pear and very light toast notes. On the palate flavours of pear and citrus with some brioche on the back palate. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, citrus and brioche.

Perfect for making moments, this bracingly dry Prosecco from BiancaVigna pops pale in the glass, with aromas of white peach, pear and toasted brioche. There's a very little bit of fruitiness on the palate, but overall this is a crisp, perfect bubble from Veneto, Italy. Winemaker Enrico Moschetta utilises the Charmat method to achieve a clean, fine bubble. Just delicious drinking.

Appearance
Brilliant pale straw yellow with greenish hues. Very fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma
Very pleasant notes of white peach and pear enriched by a distinctive aroma of bread crust.
Vinification
Soft pressing of grapes, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Palate
The palate recalls the same fruitiness and secondary flavours of the nose, with a very good persistence. Pleasantly dry.

What do you need from me to get started?

How many wines are in each Lot?
You will see the quantity (number of bottles) stated above the price. Please note that the bid-price is per bottle so you will need to multiply the price by the number of bottles in the lot to calculate the total price of the lot.
Can I cancel my bid if I change my mind?
All bids are final - please think before you confirm your bid.
How much is the Buyers' Commission?
We have an extremely competitive buyers' commission of 16.5% (GST inclusive). This will be added to the final winning price of your Lot at the end of the auction.
