2021 Plantagenet "Wyjup" Blanc de Blanc Sparkling - 6 Bottle Pack
Est. range:
Tax included.

Tasting Note:
This wine presents hints of lemon sherbet and fresh white peach, complemented by a nutty, brioche nuance on the nose. The palate is tightly wound, focused, and intense, with yeast autolysis contributing a creamy texture and natural
acidity leading to a long finish.

----
The 'Wyjup Collection' is simply the finest wines Plantagenet produces each vintage. It is a celebration of its pioneering history as the Great Southern regions oldest winery first founded by Tony Smith and pays respect to the indigenous culture of the area.
Wyjup is the local aboriginal name meaning ‘a little area’. The Wyjup Collection is crafted from the finest parcels of fruit from Plantagenet’s five pioneer vineyards totalling 126 hectares first planted in the Mount Barker sub region of the Great Southern, Western Australia commencing with Bouverie (1968) followed by Wyjup (1971), Crystal Brook (1988), Rocky Horror (1999) and Rosetta (2001). Each vineyard has unique characteristics, ancient soils and a cool maritime climate creating expressive wines of provenance, quality and prestige.

Buying At Auction?
Your Questions, Answered
What do you need from me to get started?
We will need you to confirm that you are over 18 (for obvious reasons!) and to open an account by registering on the site. This will include provision of credit card details for any eventual purchases. You will also need to sign that you have read the terms and conditions.
How many wines are in each Lot?
You will see the quantity (number of bottles) stated above the price. Please note that the bid-price is per bottle so you will need to multiply the price by the number of bottles in the lot to calculate the total price of the lot.
Can I cancel my bid if I change my mind?
All bids are final - please think before you confirm your bid.
How much is the Buyers' Commission?
We have an extremely competitive buyers' commission of 16.5% (GST inclusive). This will be added to the final winning price of your Lot at the end of the auction.
What are your freight charges?
Please see our Delivery Policy for full details relating to freight.
Is there a Guarantee on my wine?
Under Australian law, consumer guarantees do not apply to goods purchased at auction - all such purchases are at the risk of the Buyer. We will always provide as much detail as we can as to the visual condition and provenance of each Lot, however this is done so as a guide rather than as a guarantee.
