2010 Torbreck The Factor Shiraz 750mL
Est. range:
Private Sale- priced per LOT inc. GST (if applicable) and commission.
Our homage to the great old Shiraz vines of the Barossa Valley and the growers who painstakingly tend and nurture them each year.
The 2010 Factor displays the concentration & fruit purity that only the most meticulous farming can achieve.
Delicate scents of wild blackberries, pipe smoke and pepper are supported by a dark core of espresso roast, black currants and coal.
The palate offers tremendous texture and combines great richness with subtle notes of olive tapenade, saddle leather and minerals.
Brooding and densely packed, this majestic wine has the constitution to cellar for many years where it will slowly unravel its extravagant riches.

Buying At Auction?
Your Questions, Answered
What do you need from me to get started?
We will need you to confirm that you are over 18 (for obvious reasons!) and to open an account by registering on the site. This will include provision of credit card details for any eventual purchases. You will also need to sign that you have read the terms and conditions.
How many wines are in each Lot?
You will see the quantity (number of bottles) stated above the price. Please note that the bid-price is per bottle so you will need to multiply the price by the number of bottles in the lot to calculate the total price of the lot.
Can I cancel my bid if I change my mind?
All bids are final - please think before you confirm your bid.
How much is the Buyers' Commission?
We have an extremely competitive buyers' commission of 16.5% (GST inclusive). This will be added to the final winning price of your Lot at the end of the auction.
What are your freight charges?
Please see our Delivery Policy for full details relating to freight.
Is there a Guarantee on my wine?
Under Australian law, consumer guarantees do not apply to goods purchased at auction - all such purchases are at the risk of the Buyer. We will always provide as much detail as we can as to the visual condition and provenance of each Lot, however this is done so as a guide rather than as a guarantee.
