The 2004 Château Troplong Mondot is a highly regarded, full-bodied Saint-Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé (roughly 90% Merlot, with Cabernet Franc/Sauvignon) known for its deep,, dark, and powerful profile. Tasters often note aromas of blackberry, cassis, licorice, and cocoa, along with structured tannins and a long,, savory, and occasionally, mineral finish.
Another terrific effort from charming proprietress Christine Valette, the dense blue/purple-hued 2004 Troplong Mondot displays a striking nose of acacia flowers intermixed with crushed rocks, black currants, cherries, blueberries, and raspberries. This layered, structured, backward, but enormously well-endowed 2004 is a marvelous demonstration of how to produce an elegant as well as substantially flavored wine. What do you need from me to get started?

How many wines are in each Lot?
You will see the quantity (number of bottles) stated above the price. Please note that the bid-price is per bottle so you will need to multiply the price by the number of bottles in the lot to calculate the total price of the lot.
Can I cancel my bid if I change my mind?
All bids are final - please think before you confirm your bid.
How much is the Buyers' Commission?
We have an extremely competitive buyers' commission of 16.5% (GST inclusive). This will be added to the final winning price of your Lot at the end of the auction.
