Port Phillip Estate is an iconic Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris producer on the Mornington Peninsula, one of Australia’s foremost cool-climate maritime wine regions. They endeavour to grow the highest quality fruit that expresses the terroir of each vineyard. Meticulous sustainable viticulture is driven by the belief that the health of vineyard soils and vines underpin wine quality. The vineyards are hand-pruned and all the fruit is handpicked. The winemaking philosophy is to best preserve the inherent characteristics of the fruit, making site-expressive wines of detail and structure.
