The nose is initially dominated by aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and a hint of morello cherry. A spicy, slightly earthy undertone is added. With the first sip, slightly herbal notes such as sage come to the fore alongside the distinctive cherry notes, which are paired with flavours of elderberry and cedar on the palate. A fine acidity accompanies the long finish and gives this Rheingau Pinot Noir an astonishing freshness.

Vintage: 2023

Varietal: Pinot Noir

Brand: Balthasar Ress

Region: Rheingau

Country: Germany

Pack Size: 750mL

Closure: Screw Cap

Alcohol: 12.5%

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0591/7674/7071/files/balthasar-ress-rheingau-pinot-noir-trocken-2022-med_3f1357cf-a1e6-473b-863c-f52ba64f27a0.png?v=1791777219
https://www.cellarlinkauctions.com/products/2023-balthasar-ress-von-unserm-rheingau-pinot-noir-trocken
