The 'Single Vineyard' is the ultimate expression of our home vineyard, sourced from a block of nine rows, which are now nearly 40 years old.
Handpicked fruit is whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast in French oak puncheons. Lees stirring and malolactic fermentation create complexity.
2023 has produced a wine of immense power and impeccable balance. Flinty barrel ferment aromas mingle with notes of meyer lemon and white flowers. There’s stone fruit and citrus on the palate, edged with racy acidity. It’s opulent with a very long, elegant finish.
