The best fruit is sourced from organically farmed vineyards, ranging from 10 to 35 years in age, and bursting with intensity and the style is youthful and delicious.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOrganic cultivation is relatively easy in Jumilla due to the Mediterranean climate and the unique indigenous variety that’s perfectly adapted to the conditions: Monastrell.
